Life is all about balance. At least I
think so. So does hormone expert Dr. Holly Lucille. Holly's idea of
balance goes beyond day-planners and schedules. She talks about

Set a Goal
In order to get somewhere, you have to know
where you are going. Therefore, goal setting is the next step. I
prefer to call this plan setting. What needs to be done everyday
to reach that goal.
Goal setting is much easier when you are inspired by others who
have been where you are, and are now where you want to be. You
can short cut the plan setting stage by
role modeling the successful health and fitness strategies
of men and women who have conquered aging and disease.
They say that you are the average of the five people that you
hang out with most. So, are you hanging out with your friends on
the couch watching football? Are most of your friends sedentary?
Do you and your spouse or significant other just sit around
after work? Do you share the same bad eating habits? Take a look
at those around you. Look, if you are overweight, hanging around
those that keep you from improving yourself will not motivate
you towards success. I am not saying that you should leave your
spouse! I am saying that you should have a heart to heart talk,
and convince your spouse to support your improvement, and have
her join you!
Role modeling is the secret to motivation, accelerated
learning, and rapid body transformation! Motivation is so key to
your success. Not only that, it is key to taking that first step
and setting an action plan!
